Guayusa tea is the perfect companion for all situations in which you need clear focus and gentle power. 50-80mg of caffeine per cup (about a can of Red Bull) and twice the antioxidants of green tea.
Mildly sweet taste of fresh herbs with a juicy body.
Gentler effect than coffee, but longer & without tachycardia/discomfort.
Steep 1-2 teaspoons of guayusa in a cup (240ml) of boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
Want more flavor and caffeine? Just keep the tea in the cup, Guauysa contains no bitter substances and never becomes bitter.
Suitable for tea filters (metal or paper), French press, stovetop pot (caution, particularly intense!) or as a cold brew.
