Guayusa tea is the perfect companion for all situations where you need focus and power. 50-80mg of caffeine per cup and twice the antioxidants of green tea.
Gentle, sweet taste of fresh herbs with a juicy body.
Steep 1-2 teaspoons of guayusa in a cup (240ml) of boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
Want more flavor and caffeine? Just keep the tea in the cup, Guauysa contains no bitter substances and never becomes bitter.
Suitable for tea filters (metal or paper), French press, stovetop pot (caution, particularly intense!) or as a cold brew.

Caffeine (50-80mg/cup): About as much as in a can of Red Bull. In Gauyusa it is bound & therefore absorbed more slowly into the blood. The effect comes on more gently, lasts longer and there is no "crash".
L-Theanine : A complex amino acid
Theobromine : The same chemical that makes chocolate feel happy.
Antioxidants: Twice as many as in green tea.
